“We built our dream house in a beautiful location. The house is not an easy build and with out the Crew at Courtenay Glass it would not be what we had envisioned it to be. The house is mostly glass and working with a steel structure plus incorporating storm shutters was difficult. It was all done well with no issues. These shutters have provided us with great storm protection, extra insulation in the winter as well as heat protection in the summer. We have added a subsequent shutter to control noise from the road which has worked great. We have now done some custom work inside including a frameless shower and another shutter to close off the fireplace when not in use. This reduces the visual interference of the T.V. and fireplace when not being used together so one doesn't distract from the other. All of this above, has provided us with a beautiful, functional atmosphere that we can control to our liking and to outside weather conditions. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the results and with our dealings with Courtenay Glass.”

“In progress with our siding replacement project from vinyl to Hardie as well as replacement of wood trims and new front door. Our sales manager, Marc, is very pleasant to deal with from our initial visit till now and he still follows up with us during progress of our project. He took the time to discuss all details before we signed the contract and is so patient with all the back and forth and changing of some details after signing. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty; we trust we are in good hands. Also to mention, we have had another siding company here to estimate and when we told them we would like the exterior window trims to be replaced with wood, guess what, they were trying to convince us with a easier way to replace our wood trims with metal flashing? Seriously?! I’m beyond grateful for hiring silver line for our project; sales is one part but installation is also important. Laddi and his crew made this project successful. Siding installation team, Laddi and his crew is amazing. Pays attention to every single little detail, plus they are polite and respectful! Lastly, our front door; it looks amazing! Marc gave good advice on picking this door and it looks absolutely beautiful. The installer, Collin, did a fantastic job!”

“I was involved in a 2013 project with Gaulhofer Windows from Austria. It was a very pleasant experience to see such a high quality product being shipped to North America in exceptional condition. All the windows and doors were installed over the course of 3 days and there were absolutely no problems with sizing, workmanship and operation. “I heard about Modern Classic through a friend. An estimate was promptly provided for cabinets, mirrors, stone counter top and lights in a shelving unit for a bathroom renovation. Once I decided to proceed with the order, Mike (Manager) was always available to answer questions. He came to the house on a few occasions to offer additional suggestions and to ensure the measurements were correct. He also liaised with my general contractor who was completing other aspects of my renovation. Ryan (lead cabinet maker and installer) and his associate were very knowledgeable and accommodating. All the work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the quality of the end result. I would definitely recommend Modern Classic Building Solutions to others.”
