“Had Ecoline install my new replacement windows back in November. My project manager, Sergiy, was very nice, no pressure, always quick and detailed info. He helped me choose the best products (casement, picture and custom-shaped windows) to complement my home design, answered all my questions and even helped with the process of applying for Canada greener grant. Ecoline's windows are eligible for maximum government rebates, which helped me save around $2000. The new windows are perfect so far; I am saving extra cash this winter due to lower energy bills. The house's overall thermal performance is improving, with no leaks or ice build-ups on windows. I will be recommending Ecoline Windows Ottawa to my friends to ensure they get an honest and exact quote for their window replacement project soon.”

“I had Alex stop and see me in August 2013. I placed an order a week later for 9 windows and sliding glass door. The next day they came to measure the windows and doors.. It took just three weeks (door was bigger than standard size) to wait for installation. We scheduled the job for 9-10am. They showed up at in time. The crew of 3 worked straight through (no lunch) and were done at 4:30... I am very happy with the product. I would do it again and highly recommend them for any window or front, sliding glass door work.”

“We called and spoke with GoldStar about windows and doors replacing for the house we just bought.Their representative then came and explained the different options and was very helpful and informative.We then decided to go with them after hearing from 3 other companies. Once a date was agreed upon, installers came in and finished the job in 2 days. They were punctual,hard working and did a professional job!They cleaned up after and even did a great job in replacing all our windows with doors.We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!”

“It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Ray provided me with a screen door for our new build. His information pamphlet included prices so no back and forth emails, he is honest and discussed all costs upfront as my door was an irregular size. He did not try to sell up the product with additional options. He accommodated me with my preferred date of installation and was very thorough with the installation and adjustments of closing speed. I am happy I gave RAM my project. I wish all contractors were as reliable and efficient.”
