The installers were very professional and it was obvious they know windows and love what they do. Once again, Michael Lewis was outstanding in over seeing the project. He was on-site during the installation and clean up. He even jumped in and helped out. He definately provided us great customer service and went well above his expected job duty. JR is very knowledgeable and clearly explained what our options are. they were on time for the quote AND to do the job, which is REALLY nice. the gentlemen that did the install (there were two) were fast (14 windows took about 8 hours start to finish! (amazing)), very friendly and professional. they didn't even mind our three big doggies following them around. the finished product is outstanding. they look incredible, especially from the inside where I was concerned what I would be left with after the demo part. seamless! quality service and quality product! highly recommended contractor for windows!”
