“We purchased our home brand new in 2008. Brand new !!!!! Year after year our house was freezing during the winter. We would always use the Window coverings sold at Menards. 2013. We had our first Child and would not put our little one in a room where it was always freezing cold. Leo and his wife came to our home. Showed us their quality windows and we purchased. They were so friendly also no pressure at all. !!!!!! We decided to purchase and have never had any issues. Our home holds heat and blocks out the cold. We are sad that we are moving and that our quality windows are going to be left behind.”

“Depending on how you count, this was either the fourth or fifth project LaPelusa has done for me. The most recent was a new roof with skylights, fascia & gutters, before that was a bath reno, before that was a bathroom, a kitchen and another bathroom. My projects are always a bit tricky because I have a decided point of view that isn't necessarily easy to construct. In this case, I wanted the shafts of the skylight to abut the wall without any trim or ledge because I wanted the light to wash down the wall without a shadow. Tony was the contractor and always figures out a way to make what I want happen. His crew is professional--they treat me well, they are neat about their work, they are efficient. And I'm crazy about the result.”

The entire company seemed to go out of their way to make us satisfied! The installers even hung up my custom curtains- totally not part of their job, but they did it for free! “I purchased Unilux windows from NOVUS and could not be happier with my investment. Not only are they beautiful and easy to operate, they block out all drafts and help to keep the house comfortable year round. The triple pane glass also helps with sound control. While these windows tend to be a bit more expensive to purchase than more common windows, their durability and performance add much more value in the long run. “Our nearly 20-year old patio door shattered in one of the coldest Februarys ever and needed to be replaced. Within a day or so of calling Scientific Home Services Jon came out to give us a quote. He was friendly and professional and his quote was comparable to one from a big box store but for a high quality Soft-lite door. Jon said it would be about 6-8 weeks for the manufacturer to get the door to him (big box store had the same lead time) but the door thankfully came in only 4 weeks! The front office was quick to schedule our installation and it was flawless. Damian and his partner arrived on time and worked quickly. They covered all the furniture, TV, floors, etc. before beginning their work and they left the room clean and undamaged. Damian was professional and polite and most importantly experienced with the installation. The interior wood trim and exterior aluminum trim frame out the new door well and the insulation that they added will help conserve energy. Damian also gave me a demo of the door and answered my questions before leaving. I highly recommend this company. They warranty their products and workmanship.”
