“This is a really great company to work with. It felt like the difference between going to IKEA VERSUS HOME DEPOT. Most importantly they did not pressure me into a contract or sit in my house for 4 hours for a sales presentation. They took time to design several different options for me which I appreciated. No other company did this. The owner was very down to earth and likable and the lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and experienced. The installers did a great job, were very respectful of dust and debris getting in the house and did a fantastic job on cleaning up afterwards. HIghly recommend A++”

“First met with Jim Bell in January, 2011 for product information and a price quote. The meeting went well, all of our questions were answered, price was right and a start date established. Then came Joe Reiter and his crew, they were professional and ready to work. The old windows came out and the new windows went in. They cleaned the work area leaving nothing behind. Before leaving, Joe noticed a seal issue on the outside of the condo. He said he really needed to address it to avoid any possible leaks and to better secure the windows. He came back with a lift, at no cost to us and finished. A real pro, character plus and we couldn't be any happier with the whole experience. Later noticed a small scratch on the glass of one of the panes, it was replaced and installed at no charge. December, 2013 I accidentally drop a screen from the 5th floor to the driveway below, I left a message at A1 about a replacement which was answered by Jim Bell, stating I couldn't buy a replacement but he would replace it for free, speak with Joe. Spoke with Joe and he says he'll call when it arrives. Just had to share.”

“I called them as I had a mess from a bad co. getting hurricane shutters. They came out and measured everything, saw what needed to be redone and what needs to be done. Within a week it was all taken care of and I am a happy person. I don;t have any good pictures taken. If I can find this site I will put some up July 20.,2013. I am writing this on the 19th. I am not sure if I have the exact time, but it was about 2 years ago.”

“I was initially concerns about some old reviews I had read about HPA.. They were not anywhere close to the service I received from HPA. From my initial appointment with Tim , What he promised HPA delivered. The Installation team , headed by Jackson was a wonderful experience. Polite, timely and very importantly I knew ever day of what was happening and what would happen next .. I was here during the installation of 17 windows and 5 sliding doors and the team was very easy to have working in my home.. I would highly recommend them .
