“Patrice Caraty was Foreman overseeing a major rebuild and extension of our Bondi Junction house from January-April 2019. Throughout the project we were impressed with the way Patrice communicated with us and facilitated access to the site. Patrice has a calm and agreeable manner. He has excellent communication skills and developed good relationships with both our Architect and neighbours. At each stage of the project we were kept informed of the work completed, and given timely notice of any decisions that needed to be made in relation to upcoming work. Patrice approaches his work with a professional attitude and a desire to complete all tasks to a high standard. It appeared to us that he was held in high regard by all the tradesmen working at our house. His attention to detail, particularly during the final weeks of our project, was greatly appreciated.No request we made was too difficult for Patrice. He readily accepted packages and mail deliveries to our address when we were renting elsewhere. We were extremely happy with role that Patrice played in completing our building project, and have become personal friends as a result. We are happy to recommend Patrice for any similar role.”

“I approached ArborCrest because I was looking to remove a wall and install a multistack sliding door. The team at ArborCrest helped me by supplying an awesome commercial multistack sliding door and they even removed the wall. The result was an amazing large flowing indoor/outdoor space. One thing I liked was their ability to remove the wall and install the door without having to use a builder to perform the structural work. I found the experience to be stress free as ArborCrest took care of everything involved with the project. I would recommend ArborCrest to people who need windows or doors enlarged or replaced.”
