Shoddy workmanship and appalling service. Every single window delivered had a defect, from damaged frames to obvious powdercoating repairs. It has been weeks and we still haven't had them fixed. Never again.

Shamila was very knowledgeable. She showed us all the options in a way we felt informed and not overwhelmed. I left Wideline feeling confident in the product and the options that will work for our new build.

I've been buying Windows & Doors from Wideline for many years now. The sales staff are always efficient with the quotations and any questions that I may have. Their products are always first class and always followed up with great after sales service. I would recommend Wideline Windows and Doors to anyone looking to buy one window or a house lot.

Wideline supplied all windows and doors to our new home. They were poorly made not air or water tight, had bowed frames that do not support the weight of double glazing, sliding doors and windows that do not close straight and panes that hit each other when you open and close them. On top of poor manufacture they came scratched and scuffed some to bare metal. The fly screens that they provided don't keep the insects out and the one to the sliding door was not even made to fit, the list goes on.....Their promises to fix things are empty, 2 dates I was given they fail to confirm and were no shows on both days. Stay away! If your builder uses this mob ask for someone else. You have been warned!

THANKS FOR RUINING OUR CHRISTMAS WIDELINE! Had windows for whole house delivered by Wideline. Windows turned up scratched, scuffed, dented and bent. Had to send all of them back to be repaired. Told 1-2 wk turn around. 4wks later, delivery turns up. Driver provides no paper work, drops windows and leaves while we were out the back. When we inspected the delivery, we found only half the windows were there and they were even more damaged than they were before we sent them back to be repaired. This was on 22 Dec.Tried ringing wideline immediately, but they were closed and un-contactable, apparently, until 8 Jan 2018. So now, we have no ensuite and a half-gutted, barely functioning bathroom, as these rooms can't be completed properly without the windows. On top of this, our builder has hit us up for a fortune as he had trades (gyprocker and tiler), + himself, on site or booked and ready to go. My girlfriend's been crying her eyes out. Nice work Wideline, you've totally ruined our Christmas!

Dear Wideline company This is an e mail that I sent to Greg from Services today. I have only been chasing a service to fix 10 items since 9th August - today is the 16 th October. Today there are still 3 outstanding, that was after a service call. I am waiting to hear back from anyone to tell me when everything will be fixed. The worst company ever. Do not use them for windows or doors. They should not be on a Houzz star rating. We had been expecting to have the 10 items that were on our service list done by today having waited since 09th August to have the many issues attended to. Today 3 Servicemen arrived, with a few items on their list of jobs. One of them Murray, left after one hour and I spoke to the other 2 guys Omar and Dean. We had looked at the stacking window gaps top and bottom and they commented on the crudely cut sil. I received a missed call from Murray at 1248 and when I called him back at 1300 he told me they had already left the property. I have taken these photos of the still unrepaired and gapped stacking window in the kitchen. When my husband spoke to Murray he said they had fixed it. I called him 3 times and when he returned my call, he said the sil was the wrong size as was the sil for the french doors. Another order has to go in for the correct sizes. So we have to wait again for the correct items and to have our windows fixed. I also noted that the surfmist window winder in the downstairs office has 2 chips on it and will also need replacing, as we have paid for these items. Murray has said he doesn't know when these jobs will be done. Can you or any person at the Wideline company tell us when our windows and doors will be fixed? All of this has happened this last hour and we would appreciate a call from someone to explain what is actually going on. To say we are disappointed with the our experience of Wideline/Viridian/Windowline is an understatement. Regards Margie

The team at Wideline were professional and skilled. The quality of technical advice was spot on. and the quality of the paragon Aluminium window was excellent. Wideline also installed our windows in difficult circumstances and nothing was a problem for them. Of course, like every build, not everything ran smoothly, (after-all it was a renovation in an offshore community - no vehicles, everything had to be barged in) however to their credit they handled it quickly and with the minimum of fuss. (which is what you want when things don't go as planned) The work was completed to a very high standard. The windows look stunning. I would certainly use them again and they have my recommendation.
