Manly House

New large balconies work as outdoor rooms, bathed in winter sun, with shade protection for the summer. Stone steps lead to the front door, with stepped planting. Enlarged driveway with a striped concrete forecourt. The balconies create a protected undercroft at ground level for neighbourhood parties. Steel structure with concrete floors, timber balustrades and screens, and retractable shading. The bright yellow soffits add a spash of colour and contrast with the green of the grape vine
Bright yellow soffits add a splash of colour. Contrast with the charcoal steel and the bright green of the grape vine.
