How to Move Estimate Line Items From Excel to Houzz Pro
There are two easy ways to move your own items from other sources into Houzz Pro estimates and invoices. We’ll go through each one so you can see which works best for you.
Copy and paste your own line items to Houzz Pro
If you have a list or spreadsheet of your line items, you can easily move them into Houzz Pro estimates and invoices using copy/paste actions.
In your list or spreadsheet, simply highlight the line items that you want to add to your document and copy them.
Head over to a Houzz Pro estimate or invoice and paste your items into one empty line item. Confirm whether you want to add them as individual line items (Create X New Items) or as one line item (Create New Item).
Your item titles will appear in their own individual lines and you can manually enter the pricing and other information directly in Houzz Pro.
Import your own library of items from Excel/CSV file to Houzz Pro
