I am unable to sign in. What should I do?

If you are unable to sign into your Houzz account, please make sure that you are using the correct username/email and password combination.

  • If your email address is still active but you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here for AU or here for NZ.
  • If your registered email address is no longer active, you will still be able to log in using the correct email or username and password combination. From there, you will be able to update your login credentials in your profile settings.
