Dave Smith of Peninsula Contemporary Bathrooms has just completed an amazing transformation of our two bathrooms, laundry and WC. After speaking to a number of his previous clients, my wife and I expected an exceptional standard of work and weren’t disappointed.
Dave introduced us to Rebecca Cardamone of Ace Property Agency for assistance with selection of fixtures, design and drawings. This provided a solid basis for quoting project cost and duration.
With regular consultation, Dave made sure throughout construction that we were happy with the way that the design features were coming together. With over 30 years’ experience, he made some really good suggestions for cost savings and to improve the final appearance and functionality of each room.
Unlike some builders, Dave only works on one project at a time so was always on site from start to finish. He has a long-standing relationship with a number of independent, quality tradespeople who attended on relevant days to keep the schedule moving smoothly. Our part of the project was to purchase tiles, taps and other fixtures.
We found Dave to have a very pleasant manner and be thoroughly reliable, honest and timely. He was able to keep the property remarkably clean, even during the demolition phase.
