Review for User

My wife and I contracted with GJ Gardner for a retirement home in Tapatio Springs outside Boerne. Kyle Cox, the owner, and his wife Kris were excellent to deal with and very helpful during the design. We used there drafting services and design support to complete the design and the house plans. Being an architect, Kyle was very helpful during the design. The house was started late in Jan 2014 and completed about the 3rd week in June. We are very pleased with house, the quality of the build, and the cooperation and support of Kyle's staff. The house turned out exactly as we had envisioned it during the planning phase. Not all things were done perfectly at first and there were a few mostly minor hiccups; but Kyle was always available and took prompt action to get things taken care of. We have owned 11 homes, of which 6 we built; so we have been through the process before, so we knew what to expect. Since we were out of state during the build, my brother, who is a construction manager, kept an eye out on progress and reviewed the work. He was mostly impressed with the quality of the work and the subs who worked for Kyle. The house has now been complete for about 6 months and we are still very happy with the home and having chosen GJ Gardner to build it.
