Review for Swell Homes

For our extension, we wanted to achieve the highest energy efficiency possible within our budget, to avoid installing ducted aircon, which is expensive to run. We consulted Swell Homes during the design phase for ideas on the building principles and materials we should use to achieve this. The result is a marvel - our place rarely needs heating or cooling. It all comes down to intelligent design, and Ant Pillinger and his team clearly know their stuff.
