Blu Design Group has changed/merged ownership with a group in Aspen called Connect One Design. This transition happened as I was working with them. I hired them to do a design only for our large property.
The company sent out a wonderful, professional, great communicator to assess the project. We were off to a great start with some super ideas, I hired them. After a lull in communication (on both of our parts) I found out that my contact and project lead had left the company. I was given a new person to work with and was not impressed. I got a few color page draft presentation (with perennials mis-identified). I made some corrections and asked for some additional ideas - I was told that it wasn't in the scope of work. I was, in the end, presented with a map of my property outlined with 'ideas' for the areas, with little additional information. I am now left with an 'idea' for an herb garden off the back of the porch.....and idea for a kids play area. anyway - very underwhelmed for a hefty price tag. It was my fault for hiring a big name and having grand expectations.....initially, the staff was great but some of their staff needs more experience.

Contract was well delineated regarding scope of work. We made as many revisions as we could. If some plants were not identified correctly we will be happy to rectify it.
