I agree with the 3/3. It looks more cohesive with your windows and in keeping with the Craftsman style of your porch columns. I like @la_la Girl's idea of a pergola over the garage, especially in a stained wood.

Another vote for the 2nd as it repeats elements giving a feeling of cohesion rather than including a disparate albeit attractive addition to the mix. Edited to note I see katinparadise already pointed out the cohesive point.

The first door with its long lines makes your garage door look squat by comparison. The second seems to lend the proper proportions for the overall house.

Have you considered a solid door since you already have the transom window to let in light?
