Love your slipcover! What a greatnskill to have! Our jime is fairky neutral everywhere so I mostly change out a few sofa/chair accent pillows, add a cozy throw, and sometimes add some faux stems to a vase and call it done. I have been known to change out art here and there, but i do that regularly anyway. When the grandkids were small and visited often, i would put out a few Halloween decorations.
I only swap out my lightweight quilt for a duvet/comforter and replaced the duvet for the first time in 10-ish years last fall. Truth be told, the new one from home goods was a bad choice and it’s going to Assistance League, already replaced with a better choice, both from Home Goods.
Clothing is my jam….can’t have multiples of everything😏
It's beautiful. Great job! I do switch my bedding out but have refrained from other things.

The striped pants arent so bad although I usually avoid anything with stripes.

Pumpkins from TJ’s yesterday.
I've hung a new Dreamcatcher over our guest room bed’s mirror. The room is done in Western, but not cute Western. We have antiques and photographs by our favorite Western photographers, hung in there. My sister and her husband are coming for a visit from Michigan later this week.

I'm not quite sure what you have in mind so I'll share a thought not to you but to others who may wonder why he got involved.
Connelly has personally underwritten the cost of engaging recognized experts to conduct their own subject-matter limited assessments, consider all the findings to-date and to poke holes in the work of the amateur cold-case sleuth who started the whole matter and others. The experts have been paid for their time and findings, not as shills to shout "Hallelujah" when prompted. Connelly has said that he wants the truth to be unearthed and it is not a commercial venture for him. Heavens knows he's not hurting for cash.
Connelly wrote a comment for Bosch to say in one of the early novels about cold cases. Bosch said " A city that forgets its victims isn't a city anymore. It's a place that's lost." The LAPD open/unsolved department apparently had a sign made with that saying on it and hung it prominently on the wall. I think it is in that spirit that Connelly, as an ex-LA Times reporter on the cop beat and a person who has invested his life in the subject area, is pursuing it.

I have what I think is chemistry lab counter on one side of my range here, and a Boos block on the other, and then a vintage drainboard sink. Other than the Boos, both are safe for hot pans, but I still don't do it! What do you have now, and do you really put hot pans directly on it?
Glad you could find a substitute for Corian; it is hard to find solid colors. I had to look up Dekton countertops; there is always something new in kitchens! LOL at this blurb that that was the first result: ultra-compact, high-performance surfaces made from a sophisticated blend of porcelain, quartz, and glass. (italics mine) I just hate those unsophisticated blends, don't you?
What I didn't expect was how peaceful it was. Not a lot of barge traffic, and the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge is a haven for migratory birds, fish, wildlife since 1924. The refuge stretches 261 river miles from Wabasha, Minnesota to Rock Island, Illinois, and protects more than 240,000 acres of Mississippi River floodplain. And dark enough at night to see the Milky Way...something I haven't seen in years.
That white mass in the front on water's edge is actually a sand bar covered in white pelicans. We also saw bald eagles on our trip.
Exciting times for sure, and I’m sure you really wanr the whole world to know. You can keep it secret, hopefully not for too long til her birthday.
