If your kitchen towels are wet enough that they're dripping on the floor they should be put in the dryer or hung somewhere else on a clothes rack.

Stainless. Your white applicances don't match your warm-white cabinets, not at all. Stainless will look much better with the cabinetry.

I like the lighter brown/tan color with the color of the brick.

I don’t think the one in the hallway would affect the sale of the home, but I’d definitely remove the larger one in the living area.
