Doongalla Forest House
Located near Doongalla Forest the house is designed to capture as much of the amazing view of the forest and hills. The linear plan allows all rooms to enjoy the views and open to the big front yard sloping down to the pond. This concept is most emphasised in the living room with the raking ceiling connecting the forest and sky to the interior. Some Passive House principals will be adopted in this house esp. good windows and airtightness to ensure the large area of the glazing perform well.
