We replaced the terracotta tiles which ran through the house with vinyl plank flooring.

The separate toilet was incorporated into the main bathroom and we relocated the toilet door to make the lounge room/entry area flow better. The laundry was freshened up with a new bench top and floor tiles which flow on from the bathroom.

In the bathroom we replaced the window and rearranged the entire room making it a much more user friendly space. The old vanity was replaced with a custom built wall hung vanity with open shelving and the impressive new shower has a built in shower recess and side seat.

No wonder the client loves using this bathroom more than her ensuite!
