New custom built home at Rodd Point in Sydney. The clients were a busy working family with young children, who wanted us to take care of the entire building process - from design through to completion of the build, including carpet, driveway and fencing.

The brief was to create a 4 bedroom home, filled with natural light. Even though it was a narrow block (just 12m), the clients wanted a large garage.

Downstairs is an entry foyer, study and lounge, opening onto a kitchen (with scullery) and open plan living/dining area, overlooking an alfresco dining area, with outdoor kitchen. Ground floor also includes laundry and powder room with shower.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with ensuite is situated at the rear of the building. with 3 bedrooms, a gallery, a bathroom and seperate WC.
