The Manse is situated in the hamlet of Cranshaws amidst the Lammermuir Hills in the Scottish Borders. Its rented out for use as a superb holiday home and my brief was to photograph it for the holiday cottage agency, Crabtree & Crabtree in Kelso. I was conscious that the house had been beautifully decorated and presented and I wanted to capture and portray that luxurious feel.

Throughout this home, the overall feel is wonderfully inviting, using a muted, restful colour palette from Farrow & Ball and natural materials in wool and linen.
