This custom renovation and extension in Wembley Perth was valued at the bottom end of the entrance criteria but we decided to enter it into the HIA Awards anyway and were glad we did. The craftsmanship as always was next to none and to be runner up when other projects has spent $100's of thousands of $$ more is testament to the quality of Core WA's attention to detail.
