3 Way Bathroom Conversion to Separate Main Bathroom & Ensuite Bathroom
A complete transformation for our Thornleigh 3 way bathroom conversion to main bathroom & ensuite renovation project. The brief was to convert the existing 3 way bathroom into 2 separate bathrooms creating a separate main bathroom for the household and guests and a private ensuite bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. This is a fantastic way to enhance every day life for the entire household while adding value to the property.
Both main bathroom and ensuite are tiled to the ceiling to enhance the appearance of space in Ottimo pure white 800 x 800mm porcelain rectified tiles. A feature wall was created in both bathrooms using the same tile as the floor in Ales light grey 600 x 600mm porcelain rectified tile. These larger size tiles reduce grout joins that enhance space and reduce cleaning.
Custom made timber wall mount vanities were installed to both main and ensuite bathrooms in natural teal nuance horizontal grain cabinetry to blend perfectly with the timber doors and architraves throughout the home. These vanities feature ceramic tops, 2 generous soft close drawers and are complimented with pencil edge recessed mirrored shaving cabinets for extra storage and chrome mixer tapware.
The main bathroom features the Rubicon island white built-in bath and is complete with a decorative niche and Posh Solus Mk2 chrome swivel bath spout that is perfect for filling the bath then folding away to prevent bumps and scrapes whilst bathing.
Both ensuite and main bathrooms are complete with a shower recess with a feature wall, shower niche, linear shower grate, chrome rainfall shower head, chrome hand held shower rose and custom made frameless glass shower screens (one with a pivot door and the other with frameless glass sliding door).
Caroma toilet suites, Posh Domaine chrome heated towel rails, chrome Mizo Drift acessories and Grohe tap-ware are fitted throughout both bathrooms creating a cohesive design.
