It was time for this Northern Beaches apartment to go on the market after its owner had lived it in for more than 40 years. Although it had been very well looked after, it required a full renovation in order to increase its market appeal and achieve its best price. On a conservative budget we were able to add a little MDS magic throughout every room to create a contemporary, fresh and liveable apartment ready to be snapped up by its next owners. The transformation took place over eight weeks where we designed and installed a custom kitchen, updated the bathroom through respraying the wall tiles and installing new fixtures and fittings, new carpet and painting throughout and also updated window furnishings and light fittings. The final layer of the process was engaging our Property Styling service to furnish the property for the duration of the campaign.
