With just over $10k we managed to renovate and furnish it to look a million dollars.

The apartment has a lovely Northern aspect, with a balcony and windows overlooking the Sydney harbour.

It was carpeted throughout with naturally stain resistant bamboo/wool mix carpet, painted fresh and furnished with light Scandinavian style furniture.

It is such as calm and pleasant place now!
