CALOUNDRA | Apartment Living Sunshine Coast

Our client bought this previous Caloundra holiday let apartment and called us in to transform it into a stunning Sunshine Coast apartment home.
We completely renovated the Master Ensuite, lifting it from a drab dark bathroom to an elegant bright space. The Master Bedroom was given the full luxury treatment. The Living room, Dining Room, Guest Bedroom and Study were transformed with wall colour and wallpaper and a carefully curated furniture package which complimented the owners own pieces.

It was an absolute delight working on this project and to see the transformation and delight from our client. I've still saved some of her text messages when she saw the great reveal.

"I have just made it home and absolutely love everything you have done. The furniture is beautiful and perfectly suits my needs. Thank you for taking the time to place things. I now have a lovely space, you had the vision to make it work!"

We added luxury to this bedroom with a custom velvet padded headboard with surround studs. Sateen curtains and sheer curtain behind. New metallic floral wallpaper for feature wall. Wall colour Resene Quarter Tea.

This bathroom was totally revamped. Introducing a wall mounted timber effect vanity and mirrored shaver unit. We created a feeling of more space and provided essential storage. The tiles are large crisp white tiles with a delicate soft grey floral feature tile.

Crisp and clean bathroom fit out. The timber laminate vanity adds warmth to the soft grey floor tile and bright white wall tile. The feature tile forms a shelf running along the shower wall to store shampoo bottles.

This apartment balcony was transformed with furniture to suit it's scale, palms and artwork to soften the environment and add interest.

The lounge has an almost colonial/tropical feel with a large jute rug, grass weave style wallpaper in soft green. The clients original timber furniture was added to with colonial style rattan chairs. Texture was added with sheer curtains in a tobacco colour

This Guest Bedroom provides great flexibility with zip and link king sized beds. Keeping a neutral palette with stone and cream colours. The bedside lights and scatter cushions add interest.

The third bedroom was turned into a home office and guest bedroom. The custom made sofa is also a sofa bed. creating more versatility for the apartment. Wall colour was a dark grey which brings warmth to the space.

This bathroom was drastically in need of a face lift. It was impractical, dated and dark.
