Camberwell House
This was a renovation of an elegant heritage brick home. The chief tasks were to repair existing damage and update the house in a sensitive manner for modern living. The Living / Dining and Kitchen areas were relocated to the rear of the house to maximise north light, while new French doors provide direct access to outdoor living areas. The house also incorporates a number of sustainable systems and design features including grey water recycling, rainwater harvesting, low energy lighting & appliances, low water usage appliances and fittings & fixtures, hydronic heating, allergen free paint and recycled bamboo flooring.
