The scope of works from the project was to renovate the existing house by adding a new kitchen to the middle floor as well as adding a third floor with a new master bedroom and ensuite extension.

The extension was to the back of the existing house situated on top of a steep block. It was interesting getting machinery access to excavate the extension footings, and having to load scaffolding and materials up the block made for good exercise.
