Elfra Nugent was asked to give a 20 something year old house a new lease of life. By making a few minor changes to the walls and doors the client now have a large kitchen. A walk in pantry was added by utilising the space under the stair case but still accessible from a concealing door in the kitchen. New floor finishes & lighting. Complete renovation of the bathrooms and laundry. The addition of niches created a contemporary open feel to adjoining rooms, without removing entire walls.
