The Cutting Boards and Butchers Blocks are made out of Off Cut Pieces of Hardwood that are left over from the Milling Process which leaves them to small to be used in General Furniture or Construction Projects. JPM and Our Suppliers try to make use of every possible left overs regardless of size to avoid having them unnecessarily thrown out or burned in a fire.
