East Fremantle Residence
Completed in 2010, this contemporary family home captures stunning views out to the river with a wide balcony stretching across the full length of the façade. Details such as Donny Brook stone cladding are a feature of the façade and compliment the warmth of the cedar lined eaves. The form of the roof has been broken up into two distinct elements which break up the width of the façade and appears to be floating above the structure of the house.
Studio Atelier enjoyed working very closely with the client to create a contemporary 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home which utilises the high positioning of the site and the stunning outlook over the river. The home features open plan living spaces full of natural light, high voids and raked ceilings as well as custom cabinetry throughout.
