Design, renovate and style project of a rundown Edwardian cottage. The previous tenants were kicked out due to extreme damaged caused. The 'before' images were taken after some window repairs, rubbish removal and end of lease clean had been completed by property management.
Project duration was between 6-8 weeks for the entire process of designing, renovating, cleaning and styling for the sale campaign.

The total cost of the renovation was less than 9% of the market appraisal that we were given before commencing the project and the sale profit was 1/2 of the appraisal figure, meaning our clients were well into the $200,000.00 figures with their profit margin.

The renovation consisted of some minor and major works, starting with the front fence and ending with the back fence. Careful consideration was taken to bring back some of the Edwardian elements and charm whilst transitioning the property into a live-able home for the 21st century occupant.
