Monteith Crescent home was an older home that was very dated in it's fittings and floor coverings. The owner wanted to optimise his selling price, bring the house back to life and show buyers the home's potential.

Colour schemes were kept neutral and soft in order to work in with the existing wall colours and dated multi colour/patterned carpet. A large rug was utilised in the lounge room to neutralise the mismatched carpet colour. Splashes of colour were used to bring this home into the 21st century.
