This alteration and additions to an existing California Bungalow located along Erina Ave, Five Dock aims to capture our clients love for the outdoors and passion for gardening. The design centres around a courtyard design which provides a backdrop to two ornamental fruit trees which invite guest as they enter into the living area. The addition embraces its northerly exposure with a angular roof form which captures the light. The theme of bringing the outdoors in continues, with the merging of the kitchen into the BBQ area and the continuation of the living room TV unit forming the external daybed.
