The outdoor area for this ground floor flat was dated and unused as it was open to the elements and falling objects from balconies above.
Our clients wanted to build it in, creating an indoor/outdoor entertaining area, which almost doubled the size of the flat. Natural elements such as sandstone tiles and timber create flow to the exterior gardens, with skylights and louvre galleries flooding the area with natural light.
