Upon entering this 170 sqm space, a distinctive yet relaxing vibe ensues, leading the way into the main living areas which include the living room, the dining and open kitchen as well as a spacious sitting area beneath a flight of stairs that runs along the main axis of the townhouse. The key concept takes inspiration from the Zen way of life that’s prevalent in East Asia, thus in this interior, distinctive Japanese and Eastern influences are prominent.

In this design, the concept of simplicity and serenity are beautifully expressed in the form of sublime East-inspired details. While Zen-themed interiors are all about essential elements, it can still be taken to the next level with careful application of colours and textures to create visual interest that soothes our senses.
