The client wanted this kitchen to be elegant and timeless and they were very happy with the outcome. I love the parquet flooring which is throughout the home which is an oak that was finished in its natural colour. We used a large white subway tile for the splash back that was laid in a herringbone pattern. White shaker cabinets were chosen for the kitchen and we contrasted the light bench on the island with a darker bench for the outside of the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances help to give it a modern fresh look.
