An early 1900’s home has been beautifully renovated into an open-living format, with flow between the kitchen, living, garden and outdoor areas. The kitchen boasts traditional joinery with polished nickel cup handles and knobs, a custom steel rangehood, all opposite the Perrin & Rowe Ionian tap and Acquello fireclay sink. Tucked out of sight are dual fridges in a working pantry. Finishing touches of fluted columns and cornicing, French oak basket weave benchtop and oiled Rimu floors pay homage to the era of the house.
