Landscape consultancy to remodel an existing single residence and reconfigure the adjoining house lot to create a super-sized resort-style contemporary residence in the heart of Hendra. The site includes a new pool, garage, outdoor room, lanai and refined sub-tropical gardens that are seamlessly integrated with the refurbished two-storey house designed by Michael Dougherty Design. A colour palette of dark green and white flowers is heavily utilised in the softworks design along with veined, patterned greys and charcoals in the natural stone pavements. The turf (no-mow Zoysia matrella) is left un-trimmed to give a soft, lush feel underfoot and undulating effect across the flat lawn.
