High End Urban Duplex

New duplex constructed in Rozelle, NSW. Work had to be done to the left unit to preserve the heritage facade, but its stops there. The remainder of the project is completely new.

Left unit is a 2 bed, 3 Bath.
Right Unit is a 3 Bed, 3 bath with a wine cellar.

Job was completed within 7 Months, one month ahead of schedule and on budget. Clients were very pleased.

Curved walls and sharp lines, who would have thought that would work but take a look at how this main bathroom looks. The curve comes from the staircase well which back onto this bathroom. The mosaic tiles not only made this curve possible, but gave it a stunning texture and look.
