An 8 star home featuring Geothermal slab heating is not what you'd expect in Mt Waverley. However Arch 10 are no strangers to challenge. The owners we’re initially wanting commercial aluminium as they believed it was far superior, however after a quick tour through Binq’s State of the Art Manufacturing Facility, their minds quickly changed. Given that the focus of this build was always a sustainable approach to building whilst providing a modern and funky aesthetic, Binq Tilt Turn Windows were the perfect fit. The real feature however is a cornerless Lift & Slide door which opens the entire living space onto a magnificent alfresco and outdoor pool.
