This home gets the best of both styles as industrial and contemporary elements are brought together.

The exterior has a sleek industrial look with exposed brick and clean white lines with accents of black trims. The interior on the other hand is a bright, warm and comfortable contemporary.

With its exposed brick, black windows and down pipes, the exterior of this home gives off an industrial feel. Though not of an expansive size, this home's floor plan is cleverly designed to maximise the space of the land and to make the home larger.
