Frances’ four-bedroom house was too large for her and her Golden Retriever. It was also worn around the edges and had too much purple to be attractive to buyers. Shaynna focused on the kitchen, which was 30 years out of date and had a mish mash of materials including a strange contrast of light and dark colours.
