Laux Building Designs was provided with a design brief to create a contemporary, minimalist, and moderately sized residence, importance was placed on simplifying the aesthetics of the built form, whilst anchoring it to the landscape with the use of a rammed earth wall.
A client brief to maximise north and south glazing to the living areas of the home was achieved by the selection of glazing and framing suites without compromising the passive solar performance of the home. Austview Sashless Windows was proud to be associated with this award-winning home.
