This kitchen features overhead cabinetry which is handy in smaller spaces as it allows for larger cabinet doors where they may not be space to have the traditional doors that swing open and close.

This home is a smaller apartment dwelling and therefore needed to include a European style laundry that could be closed so to give it a clean look.

The use of light and dark neutral tones here is offset beautifully by the use of black hardware. In this apartment, we were able to include a large bathtub in the design, which isnt always possible. Where you can, adding in a bathtub will always open the target market of future potential buyers.

This is the ensuite in this apartment. Here we see the inclusion of a double vanity, again, not common in apartment spaces. With clever design this luxury feature can be added to smaller spaces without compromising on storage.

An induction cooktop was used in this design to maintain the clean look of the rest of the space. This cooktop features a built in fan, eliminating the need for a rangehood, therefore leaving the space above for cupboard storage.

The colours in this kitchen and clever use of the stone as a feature on the splashback and the benchtop, give it the texture to break up the use of white. The addition of gold handles gives it another point of difference rather than using the more common stainless steel look.
