Kurraba Point Heritage

Once a grand harbourside home, complete refurbishment inside and out was required to return this quirky Federation house back to its former glory.
Architelle was project architect and heritage consultant, assisting the owners with design and approvals for the extensive maintenance and restoration works undertaken on this heritage listed property.

Once a grand Federation home, a complete restoration of the external facades was required to bring it back to its former glory. Featuring a collection of large windows, verandahs and balconies to take in harbour views from a variety of aspects.
