Lakemore Resort 1 – 7

The beautiful Lakemore Resort was built in two phases between the years 2020-2021 on the shores of Arbutus Lake in Northern Michigan. Each home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a custom kitchen, an additional kitchenette on the lower level, and a fabulous 4-season screened porch overlooking the lake. While every home has the same amenities and floor plan, each of the seven rentals offers a different interior design concept. We worked closely with the resort developer to create a cohesive resort feel, yet make each rental home feel unique.

Lakemore Gray is our first ADA-compliant (main level) unit. Working closely to make sure that all specifications were met, our designer also managed to incorporate fun pops of yellow in the peaceful gray color scheme. Multiple shades of grey, bright pops of yellow, and soft weathered wood. Upholstered headboards, cool tile and wallpaper choices, and a special (?) backsplash treatment in the kitchen and lower-level kitchenette make this home one of our favorites! Overlooking both the shared hot tub and the lake, this house has a calming feeling…perfect after a busy day spent on the water.
