Lansdale First Floor

This project involved taking a chopped up first floor plan and opening it up to show its true spacial potential! The kitchen is located in the center of the home, not against an exterior wall. In the instance creating a new "galley" kitchen layout was the best spacial solution.

Before, the kitchen was closed off from the rest of the spaces and very tight. The existing plan also incorporated narrow hallways between rooms, an over sized powder room and under-utilized sunroom.

We were able to take half of their existing sunroom to gain more space to the "heart" of the home. The kitchen and nook now feel open and grand. A wonderful space to entertain family and friends!
