This stately 1910 brick Victorian house in the heart of Point Breeze underwent an extensive design/build addition to expand the kitchen and incorporate a mudroom. An existing powder room received a complete renovation, keeping with the traditional style of the home by selecting classic and clean fixtures and finishes. A deck off of the addition provided more useable outdoor space from the kitchen - which we hope to show off in the summer when the landscaping is complete! Stay tuned!
