This may have been a very small space but it definitely posed a few construction challenges for me. I was unsure what the structure had been previously used for, but I did know it needed ventilation, light and a lot of love. The clients wanted a space that not only looked beautiful but was packed with personality and energy to facilitate a break out space, a work space or an event space.
